I am new to Barefoot shoes and to reversing the damage that over 60 years of wearing conventional shoes, trainers etc have done to my body.I have followed advice and am taken things slow and steadIncorporating, walking barefoot indoors, and in the Park on grass and the hard paths and some urban trails, including mud, gravel etc: This is a liberating experience. These shoes are part of my transition to a new way walking. They are true to my normal size and very comfortable. I don't wear socks with them and I did not care when they got soaked on a chilly English Autumn day, in fact the weather does not decide for me any longer whether I go for a walk or not for when it rains I just wear clothes that don't hold water and dry quickly, these are also available on Bolo and are inexpensive. Back to the shoes which have a thin removable insole which give you flexibility and support at the beginning of your Barefoot Journey. They are very light, flexible and can be worn for walking, slow jogging or just casual wear. The shoes seem well made and time will tell how they deal with daily wear and tear. They are far less expensive than leading Barefoot Brands, which I may look at and decide as my Barefoot Journey continues.I recommend these shoes to anyone, who just want to liberate their feet from the cages of modern shoes. They will feel strange at first, and do not provide the wads of cushioning that you may be use to : this is to allow your feet to spread in the wider toe box and your feet to use muscles that have atrophied over the years.Get them, take it slowly, do your own research on improving your, foot, leg, hip, back health by what you wear on your feet and the way you walk, run, sit and much more. Anyone at any age can start their own Journey and these shoes, I believe can help you, they are certainly helping me. Happy feet make for a happy body.

This is my first purchase of barefoot shoes and I'm impressed to say the least. Straight out they felt like slippers. I (female) have very wide feet. One foot is 24cm long 10cm wide and the other 23.5cm long 10.5cm wide due to bunion so I ordered a size 5. I would say the length is true to size as I have about 1cm space at end of toe. Just the perfect amount for me. I have not found any other barefoot shoes with this width for my size. Most are 9.5cm wide at most. The width on these is perfect for me. No tightness on the width at all. I agree with others on the ground feel. There's a removable insole which is great to start off with rather than diving in the deep end and stressing my feet too much too quickly. The first couple of days I could feel my feet and calves were a little shocked and this was confirmed by massive cramping in my feet and calves those first two nights but on the third day of wearing them I had a noticeable change in feeling. My feet felt like they had adjusted to the new position (mainly I no longer felt like I was stomping down on my heels) and the ground feel was welcome rather than ee ah ooh when walking over stones. No cramping since. I've not tried wearing them without the insole yet as that's something I want to work up to. I'm really shocked at how quickly the feet adapt. The build quality is excellent too so I'm hoping they last me well. I'm not heavy on shoes so mine usually last years but at this price I'd be happy to 12 months out of them. I'm sure they will last much longer. I will definitely be buying another colour. I wish they would make some other styles and colours too. Some boots would be great. If you can't afford the big brands in barefoot or are just starting out in barefoot shoes or just want some natural foot shaped shoes then these are a no brainer. P.s. sooo many people have commented on how cute my shoes are!P.p.s. for anyone criticising these for having no support: these are not meant to support your feet. They are meant to encourage your feet to strengthen and support themselves as nature intended. If you want more support I'm sure you could remove the supplied insoles and replace with ones that support the feet. But isn't it worth trying to rehabilitate your feet rather than encouraging lazy muscles which lead to bunions?!Update: I bought another colour in the next size up so that I can wear thick socks. This has worked out perfectly.Generally, I'm loving these shoes. I no longer suffer aching feet when I am on them for a whole day.

Sehen gut verarbeitet aus und haben eine gute Passform mit breiter Zehenbox. Super für meinen breiten Vorfuß. Nach den ersten Wochen, schreibe ich erneut etwas zur Verarbeitung und Haltbarkeit.Der Schuh kam in einem gut verpackten Schuhkarton und war noch mal einzeln in Papier eingewickelt.Ich bin bis dato zufrieden.Sehr klares Weiß in Sohle und Schnürsenkel.Der Stoff ist jetzt im neuen Zustand auch tiefschwarz und hat optisch 2 abgesetzte Bereiche die etwas nach Wildleder aussehen.

Die Zehen sind frei...

Also meine Zehen vorne im Schuh haben soviel Platz wie noch nie, gerade für Personen mit Senk und Spreizfuß eine super Alternative. Man kann mit den Schuhen aber auch nur auf normalen Untergrund gehen da man wirklich jeden Stein spürt was unangenehm sein könnte.

Habe die Schuhe heute bekommen und einmal auf einem kurzen Spaziergang getragen. Sind bequem und vernünftig verarbeitet. Sind jetzt vom Design und der Verarbeitung her in Ordnung. Sind keine Premium Schuhe, aber auch nicht schlechter als was heutzutage von Markenherstellern verkauft wird. Sonst hatte ich immer Marken Barfußschuhe aber die Kosten halt ein Vielfaches von diesem hier und sind nach einer Session garantiert durchgelaufen. Da habe ich sogar etwas mehr Vertrauen in diese Sole von diesem Schuh. Besonders schön finde ich an den Schuh, dass es endlich auch mal nicht überteuerte Barfußschuhe gibt, die nicht aussehen, als ob man eben aus dem Zirkus geflohen ist. #Barfußschuhemüssennichthässlichsein

Negli ultimi tempi, dopo essere passato al mondo delle barefoot shoes, ho provato un po' dei vari modelli offerti da Bolo a prezzi ridotti cercando una scarpa casual un po' più "da battaglia" e da portare senza troppi accorgimenti. Fra tutti quelli che ho provato (saguaro, hobibear, geweo) questa è di gran lunga la migliore: è veramente comoda, ha l'alloggiamento delle dita bello ampio (cosa su cui altri modelli peccano), la suola è realmente piatta, la fattura risulta buona (altri modelli invece avevano la suola che sembrava prossima a scollarsi) e il piede traspira bene. Onestamente non vedo molti punti deboli rispetto alle altre barefoot shoes più blasonate, veramente buone! Come indicato da altri utenti prendete il numero sopra rispetto a quello che portate abitualmente perchè vestono un po' piccole
