Broke my toes in 3 places and have a whole web of medical tape wrapped around my toes and foot that needs to stay dry for the weeks until I've healed. Obviously, I still need to wash and so initially I gaffer taped a bin bag to my leg so I could get in the shower, which worked but I thought there's gotta be a better way so I had look for something like this and took a chance.It works great! Fits nice, easy to slip on without assistance and the seal keeps the water out and I'm able to have a proper shower without worrying about soaking my bandage wraps off.As with anything waterproof like this, it's best to test the product first before actual use to check the seals are fused properly. Fold up some kitchen roll and pop it inside, then immerse the product in water for 15 to 20 minutes, making sure water doesn't just flow in through the opening. If the kitchen roll is still dry, then the seals are good. The first time I used it, I still gaffer taped another bin bag around my foot before slipping this over the top to double bag things. I popped another bit of kitchen roll inside as well to check the seals were keeping water out. Everything stayed dry again so now I only use this to keep my foot dry whilst showering and it does the job perfectly!

Purchased these after ingrowing toe nail surgery.Very durable thick material, design was easy to put on when opening was stretched and felt like a vacuum fit. I did have marks on my legs after wearing for around 10 minutes.Feet felt protected by the water but after a few minutes started to feel moist and sweaty but my feet was not wet.Whilst wearing these they never felt slippy, they was used in a walk in shower and I kept my feet up on a stool where possible but when down was slip resistant.They are quite bulky the material folds over when wearing so be carful when moving around.Overall great value for money and pleased with my purchase.

This is amazing!!!! I had foot surgery and can’t get my bandages wet so I order this to be Abel to shower without having to worry. The quality is excellent, feels great, the silicone is very tight but this prevents any water going inside for sure. It’s flexible and expands easily. Easy to fit in, I’m a size 4 shoe so I have plenty room but it’s big enough for a size 11ish I will say. The boot is made with a silicone feeling not just a plastic bag over as other products around. It was very easy to put on as it has plenty room. I’m not a slim person and always have big calfs so this is perfect for a few leg’s sizes. It has the little handle so you can hang it up to dry after showering. I haven’t used it in a bath but I’m sure it will be fine as it’s super good. Just bare in mind that any kind of products like this, works exactly as rain shoe covers and as they are plastic, if you wear them for long period of times, they will create steam inside and this happens with all of them so don’t over do it. This is not the products fault and just our own body heat inside a plastic bag combination.This product it’s fantastic and is no slippery neither as I was a bit concerned of falling in the shower etc but this perfect. A total must have as allow you to shower without the worrying of falling or getting your cast or bandages wet. I highly recommend this product

Is it waterproof?===============I bought this after having toe surgery and needing to keep my bandages dry. Once you put this on and pull it down a little to ‘seal’ - I’ve never had any water leak in. I’ve used it on many occasions (twice this year for two weeks at a time + a few days) as I had to have another surgery and it remained dry.Thickness=========This product is thick enough to keep water and damp out, but not too thick that it feels clumpy. If like me you’re vertically challenged (I’m 5’3), I did find it was ‘baggy’ under my foot - but this wasn’t a problem for me.Comfort========I found this comfortable to wear in the shower and it didn’t dig in to my leg like another style of cover I tried previously.Ease of use==========I found this easy to put on and take off, but my bandages were relatively small. I guess if you have a full leg bandage on the opening might be a bit of a squeeze, but at least you’ll keep them dry!Would I recommend? Yes.

Absolutely fantastic !! What a great invention! I purchased after having surgery on my foot and couldnt risk getting my dressings wet in the shower. An all-over wash is fine,, now and again!.. but you need a shower ..and wash your hair when its long. I am very slim so I was quite sceptical as to if this would work on my slim legs but yes, it does! It stays in place and makes a water-tight seal. Not even a drop of water gets in. Its very stretchy so would fit a larger leg too. Im probably smaller than most 10 yr olds so it would work for children too. Plenty of space for my dressing. I am a uk size 5 foot and theres loads more space so would fit quite a large foot, I would say. Ive not had a problem with it being slippy but I do have a decent mat in my shower tray and step out onto a towelling mat so all is fine for me. I lightly dry it off whilst on my leg and then I hang it up by its loop on the shower holder and it fully dries out wonderfully. Well worth the money!

This is my second time I have bought this waterproof ankle shower proof cover.The first one I bought seemed of good strong material and was waterproof at first but after several times used the elastic cuff leaked . I hope this one lasts longer

Ich bin mit dem Duschschutz insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Er schützt meinen Verband beim Duschen zuverlässig und hält den Fuß trocken. Das Material ist angenehm und lässt sich leicht überziehen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass der Duschschutz für meinen Bedarf etwas zu groß ist, was manchmal. Trotzdem funktioniert er gut und erleichtert mir den Alltag erheblich.Besonders praktisch finde ich den Aufhänger, mit dem man den Duschschutz nach dem Duschen aufhängen kann – so trocknet er schnell und bleibt sauber. Fantastic product
This waterproof boot was a terrific find. I needed a simple way to keep my dressings dry with plenty of space to get my foot in and out without catching or squeezing the healing surgery site. The very soft silicone opening in the top made it extremely easy to stretch the opening wide enough to accomplish getting my foot in and out of the boot. The waterproof seal worked perfectly and my bandages have remained perfectly dry through many showers and ice baths. I highly recommend this product
