How wrong I was. This is an incredibly well built power bar, have screwed it onto the bottom of my standing desk with no issues at all, comes with all the screws and rack bolts you need. Great product!

Solidly built lead that will last. If you need a multiboard to plug all your devices in this will reduce most of the noise generated by all those 5v power supplies. This, and another dedicated filtered iFi 5v power plug drastically improved sound on my WiiM streamer. Delighted.But well worth the money just as a solid, well built lead.

This plug strip is just the job for my 19" rack cabinet. You can install it with the sockets facing the inside or outside, and apparently vertically too (although I didn’t test this to confirm). The large global power switch is easy to feel around for, and I can shut off the power to the whole cabinet with one flick of the switch. No downsides that I can think of, and I think I’m gonna need to buy another one in the near future!

I purchased the HANNELORE 7-way power strip with switch power distribution unit and surge protection for use with aquatic equipment rather than an office setting.This was ideal as I was able to securely attach the power strip to the inside of my aquarium base unit. Being black, it is barely visible and the 3 metre cable length and extra sockets give greater flexibility.The brackets were flush with the rear edge on receipt which suited my requirements but could easily be swapped to the front using a hex key to loosen the screws.The £29.50 price tag is excellent value for money if this provides a good number of years usage.

It's obviously designed with mounting in a server rack in mind as it comes with cage nuts, but it can obviously be used anywhere else too. The quality is excellent with 7 sockets spaced wide enough apart to fit most plugs without a problem, and all in a line so they don't foul each other that way either.Mine is now mounted on the wall in the workshop where I'll be using it to power tools, chargers, etc. which is why I wanted one with a single power switch to control all sockets so they can all be turned off at the end of the day.Recommended.
