Dislike, this product broken 2 days after I purchase. And also they don’t to ready return,also missing one hanger wall hook.very bad item

Awesome speed bag, easy to mount on the exposed rafters in my basement.
Ordered this to put in our basement home gym and it's been great. I'm not boxer and I'm sure my form is sloppy/terrible, but I still enjoy my time with this bag.It was very easy to install in our basement, primarily because we have exposed rafters, which made this a breeze. If you have a finished room you'll need to find a stud in your ceiling, but overall it should still be a pretty easy installation.

its smaller than i thought, but thats my fault for not checking. its recommended beginners use a large bag and graduate down to the smaller.
Pretty sure that's real rubber
Smells of real rubber, so you know it's quality. Someone put love into constructing this speed ball and it shows. A little smaller than a standard ball, it arrives deflated as expected and inflates using a standard ball insert on a pump. I used my electric pump, but a hand pump would work just as well. I connected mine to my existing free standing boxing stand, but it's comforting to know that a mounting plate was included if I ever want to go to a different configuration.Rebounds well, providing confidence it can keep up with me regardless of speed or pattern. Just a good old fashioned quality product with craftsmanship. Great for boxing enthusiasts.
