This is my second fiskars shovel after running over one with my tractor - DOH! So I can confirm they cannot withstand a 3 ton weight applied to them - but I don't really think that is a fair assesment of its ability - to shovel stone its great as it has a low weight and you can happily use it all day...or until you run over it with your tractor.
