Convenient that it can be easily charged. Such a small part of it gets warm that there is a limitation on its usage. Having the different heat levels is helpful.

The heat level is great and it heats up fast, it’s comfortable to wear and easy to use. Seems high quality and durable as far as I can tell, and it charges relatively quickly. You’re supposed to wear it over a thin layer which isn’t always easy, so a thicker pad might be good. In terms of occasional use for period pain I think it’s great and for that reason I’m giving 5 stars.However because I have constant pain I have to work around some issues, so I thought I’d explain for others in the same position. It turns off every half hour which is irritating (if probably sensible) and I don’t notice till it starts cooling. Given that I’m starting it so often it’s a bit annoying that it doesn’t remember the last heat setting. It also doesn’t last more than a few hours with constant use, so I’ve ended up buying two- the good news is that one will charge in the time it takes for the other to run down. So I would recommend it but bear that lot in mind.

I purchased this to see if it would help with endometreosis pain however the instruction manual does not recommend using the shock setting during menstruation which for a lot of people, is when the pain is the worst. The heat setting is good, I like that you can retain the heat much longer than a hot water bottle but I need a lot of heat to really feel any pain relief and found this too easy to whack up to the highest heat setting without noticing it burning my skin resulting in permanent scarring, even through a layer of thin clothing as suggested. I have not used it since. Effective but be careful.

The is heating pad is amazing, heats up really well and the vibration setting is very nice. I have endometriosis and I would highly recommend this to ease pain and tension. It’s super easy to use, the band is very stretchy and would fit a wide range of people and it’s very comfortable to wear. The higher vibration settings are a little loud but it really doesn’t bother me, the positives of this device far outweigh this.

Works Great - A Little Small

This heat pad has a lot of advatages: for one, the range of vibration is great! You can select from a small bit and move up to a more rigorous vibration, which is still gentle enough to be comfortable. The heat range is also excellent, and the highest heat level is nice and warm, but not too hot. I also love that it is portable and you are not stuck to a wall while the heat pad it on. The battery life is excellent and, once charged, you can take it with you on the run without worrying about having to charge it.My only complaint is that the heater/massager part itself is quiet small. It is about the size of a small fanny pack, which is great for my daughter, who is 12 and tiny. It probably wouldn't work as well for somebody who is plus sized, though.Overall, I am happy with the product and how it is working so far!
