I was crippled with knee pain to the point were I could barely walk let alone climb a set of stairs and medical tests could find nothing wrong. My friend recommended I try this with tumeric and iron supplements. After a month the pain and stiffness are gone and I'm back to climbing stairs (although slowly). Sleeping better than I've done in years and feeling more energised. I'm not a person who believes in miracles but this combination has worked wonders for me. Definitely worth a go.

I have trouble sleeping due to chronic pain and hate having to take sleeping pills. A friend told me that ashwanganda is good for promoting healthy sleep and although I was sceptical, i gave them a go I have to say I think they are working. I have slept well for the last week, and I have been taking these for about 3 weeks now and I do feel like my head is clearer and less foggy and whether or not that is placebo or not, i am definitely feeling better due to catching up on sleep. Good value too, there are 60 in the pack and so will last 2 months. The tablets are huge though, so bare that in mind if you find large tablets hard to swallow

Product good. Said in email it was put through letterbox but it was not- small item that easily would fit through letterbox but knocked on door and left outside. If we had been out it would have been vulnerable and we had needless interruption.

After some research to combat menopausal symptoms including fatigue and lack of focus I bought these as I have several supplements from this brand.I’ve been taking this every night for just over a week now as I hoped it would benefit sleep. It has certainly not disappointed!! My sleep quality improved significantly after a couple of days. I sleep for longer however there’s no issue waking up and my energy levels have increased too. My wife also decided to try these and has experienced similar positive results.

These are great for supporting clamness and relaxation. They are easy to swallow and I've not noticed a particular taste. Nutrition Geeks are my go to for all my vitamin needs.

I’ve been using the Ashwagandha KSM 66 Complex for about a month now, and while I see some potential, I’m still waiting to experience more noticeable results.First Impressions: The packaging is sturdy and the design is clean and informative. Each capsule contains a good dose of 250mg of Ashwagandha extract, along with amino acids and Vitamin B6, which is supposed to help with sleep and relaxation. It’s also great to see that these capsules are vegan and made in the UK, which is important to me.Ease of Use: The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste, which I appreciate. Incorporating them into my daily routine has been straightforward. I usually take one in the evening, hoping it will help with sleep and stress relief.Initial Effects: So far, the results have been subtle. I’ve had a few nights where I seemed to fall asleep a bit quicker and felt more rested in the morning, but it’s not consistent. On the relaxation front, I do feel slightly calmer at times, but again, it’s hard to tell if it’s the capsules or just a placebo effect.Quality and Ingredients: The product seems to be of high quality. I like that it includes additional amino acids and Vitamin B6, which are known to support overall health. Good for stress and relaxation, ASHWAGANDHA KSM 66.Normally buy Vitabright ASHWAGANDHA KSM 66,but I thought that I would give these a try, because they seem good quality and they are a lot cheaper.
