This is a good product for the price point. It’s has not taste or smell. That’s what you want, so it can be easily mixed with anything. I put it in with my organic oats and it’s perfect.I’ve had to stop taking it now due to prolonged use and the effect it’s had on my kidneys.You need to follow the instructions, cycle on it for a few weeks then stop taking it.I use these products for years in a row. I noticed that I lost a lot of water retention once I stopped taking it.You definitely will see a difference when taking this. Muscles are fuller and it’s easier to retain muscle your muscle growth.Once you’ve built up muscle using this stop and you will see that you’re muscle growth is good but lose the puffiness.Used wisely it can give you the results that you crave while still being a natty.Once I get the full results from my kidneys tests I’ll update.Was this information helpful to you?
