I know from past experience how ill they can make me but I love the simplicity of just replacing lunch with a shake and not have to worry I’m not getting enough nutrients. Then I found this brand and saw that they did a few shakes that weren’t made with milk….oh joy!! And what’s more you mix them with water, I couldn’t wait to try them. This review is for the cherry bakewell flavour which was absolutely delicious. Sweet, but then I have a sweet tooth so it satisfied that craving. Easy to mix, it was ready to drink in seconds and it honestly felt like a treat rather than me restricting calories on some dull diet. It was also quite filling which surprised me. I found after one shake I didn’t feel hungry for the rest of the day so that was a nice bonus. I shall definitely be buying more of these and look forward to trying some of their other milk free flavours.

Too sweet. Threw them out.

This is advertised as lactose free. It is not.... please sort this out
