And I really like it. This is a magic product, as it gives a lot of energy and strength. I am anemic and mostly have very low energy. As soon as I started taking these capsules I have seen a huge difference in my mood and energy level. Capsules are big but still manage to take with water or juices. Thanks

I've been taking these pills for a while now and they are very convenient the pills are somewhat small and easy to swallow and I would say its doesn't have much of a aftertaste. I don't know about the long term effects because I haven't been taking it for long but I would say its an Okay value for money

Ives been using this maca root product for around 6 months now and am finding it very effective. Literally no more menopausal hot flushes, more focused and am sleeping way better.Have recommended it to several friends of the same age and all have found it very effective as well.

I'm perimenopausal and I wanted something to help with hormone. I took this product daily for 3 months and didn't really feel like it had an effect on my moods or energy levels. It did give me a couple heavier periods
