Really noticed the difference when taking these. I checked on my fitness pal, and know when I take these supplements I am close to hitting all my daily nutrition goals. Throw in some healthy meals and exercise a few times a week, and I know I’m smashing it. I have more energy and just feel better when I take them. Easy to take, work well, I like them a lot and have been taking them for about 3 months.

Been taking this for 4 months now and I’ve been gaining back my energy! Pills are big as other comments say but not much of a problem if you can sallow it bit by bit.Definitely helped me get the vitamins i was lacking. Will continue to buy and have been recommending my peers!

I am very happy with the size of these vitamins & collagen tablets. Smaller than my usual collagen capsules & everything in one tablet! The list of vitamins included is very comprehensive & the Free Soul site page is very interesting/informative. I always felt like something was 'missing' in previous vitamins but I feel like these are just right. So far so good! :)

I really wanted to love these and take them everyday but I have a fair few other pills to take each day and these are huge pills and don't fit into my pill box! Wish they'd condense the ingredients so we only have to take one and not 2 horse pills each day!
