Great product for me ...I've been taking 1 a day and mobility easies and also helps to take the pain off to a level I can manage I do notice the difference in my mobility if I don't take it

Been taking other brand Magnesium Glycinate for a while but not noticing any difference to my sleep pattern. However, since taking these I'm now getting a full 7-8 hours and fully rested. Will be buying more.

I got these magnesium citrate gummies for myself and they’ve been really helpful. I take them in the evening and they help me relax and sleep better.The taste is actually really nice — fruity and not too sweet — and the texture is soft, easy to chew. I’ve also noticed less muscle tension since I started taking them.Definitely a great addition to my daily routine. Good quality and effective!

Great supplement. Be home or close to a bathroom when taking these !! In about 30-60 minutes it makes me go when I’m irregular. I have added these to my daily routine and I am noticing more quality sleep since I started this past month.
