The best one I’ve ever bought and it has several heat selections, I never had any options on my last one.Heated my meals today and was excellent and didn’t notice the noise,I did find the door hard to open, but I like this type of handle, and getting used to it. I had put paper towels underneath as it wouldn’t grip my shiny countertop surface .The cost was far less than others. I bought a Russel hobs a week ago and it was returned damaged. Undelivered, And I had to wait for a refund, but this microwave is absolutely gorgeous and I’d definitely buy it again,
