Great mix of Copper and Zinc, both very essential minerals for health.Copper is often forgotten, but is essential for heavy meat eaters , or ladies after menopause who eat a lot of Iron containing foods (meat, spinach, kale etc)Copper balances the iron.Zinc is essential for your ability to fight off viruses and winter colds.Very pleased with this product.

Please to have found this combination as I used to take zinc on its own, but needed to introduce copper and this saves taking 2 separate supplements. It quite a large capsule but if taking alone is fine.

I took this for a few days and had really upset stomach issues. Stopped taking all supplements and symptoms disappeared.Reintroduced supplements steadily, especially ones I'd been taking for years without problems. Reintroduced these at half dose and symptoms more or less immediately reappeared. Stopped taking and they went again.Not sure what's in these but it completely disagreed with me. I'd avoid.

It seems to really help my immunity & my acne as well. I am a 57 year old female if that matters. It's good stuff for me so far!

GREAT VALUE FOR THE MONEY. Don’t bother with any other zinc supplement. I highway recommend this. Just make sure to take a copper supplement as well, since you need it if you’re taking this dose of zinc. Look it up.10/10 great quality

Great Zinc Supplement for Skin and Immunity!

I’ve been taking this Zinc Complex for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with the quality. The microbeadlet capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach like some other zinc supplements I’ve tried. I mainly got it to help with my skin and immune system, and I’ve already noticed fewer breakouts and that I haven’t been getting sick as easily.

So happy I found this product! No magnesium stearate. First time for me finding Zinc without all the "crap", but instead great additions of Vit B6 & Bioperine.I know I will order this again.
