This bag was the expected size , and more, roomy with plenty of pockets and a decent zip. Wish we had paid a little extra the first time for this bag instead of going cheap

Bought for funeral yet I've used it every day since. It's really sturdy, doesn't look cheap, comfortably holds A4 folders and is sturdy. What's not to like? Nice to have a small one pocket and to be able to zip the bag closed.

This is a good product. Looks like the picture. Simple, black, sturdy. Meets my requirement....to take to office, and enough room inside to fit a bunch of things. I'll have to wait and see if the handles are still sturdy after stuffing the bag with heavy things, or if they start to rip off. But for now, I'm satisfied with the product.

Loved the colour and the bag had loads of room inside and appeared well made. However the handles for shoulder use were far too short when putting over a winter coat so decided to send it back sadly.

Bought for my 12 year old daughter, it is a bit smaller than I thought but it has lasted a month now with all the battering it gets at school. Still looks stylish and smart too, so seems to be pretty hard-wearing. Great as a replacement for the usual school backpack.
