These D3 Gummies - lets just take it for granted that my D3 levels are being supported. Do I feel the effect - well honestly no. Sure, there's a feelgood factor for remembering to take and I'm optimistic that I'm doing something to ward off the forthcoming winter blues/lethargy, supporting my system with what's probably already deficient in vit d. The main feedback is for taste and texture, both of which are top rate for this. Thumbs up from the whole family!

A easy to take form of Vitamin D that comes in a lovely juicy orange flavour.60 gummies in a pot, each one is about the size of a fruit pastel but with the texture of a packet jelly cube.One gummie is recommended to be taken each day and as its quite a tasty flavour, it feels more like eating a sweet than taking a daily supplement.Some gummies did stick together at the very bottom of the tub but this was easily remedied by sticking a long handed tea spoon inside and gently separating them apart.All in all I would highly recommend 👌

The daily recommended dose of vit D is 700... These exceed that by far, brilliant if you're defective in vit d but not pleasent if you aren't

My daughter said I should have Vitamin D3 everyday and because I already take Multivitamins I thought that would be enough but she insisted that I get these. I take one every day. It is pleasant tasting and dissolves quite quickly.
