Still tastes great while giving you all the electrolytes needed. The quality is just as good as regular lucozade. Also, it's much nicer and easier on your stomach than the carbonated kind. This stuff has been a real helper when I've been having an opioid withdrawal and need some energy but don't have an appetite

I didn't expect these to be as good as they are. Haven't been a fan of the changes Lucozade has made to their recipes in recent years. But to my surprise, these are very tasty without that weird sort of bitterness or irritation in the throat I sometimes find with sugar free drinks. Very refreshing, too. Oh, and (as of writing) very cheap!

I'm trying to reduce and eventually eliminate my sugary drink and foot intake, but it's hard when you're addicted, and this drink does enough to help me hydrate during gym work while still offering some taste. It initially felt weird to drink as it felt almost like diluted juice without the strong sugary taste I'm used to, but it's growing on me, and I could give this a 3.5 rating if that option were available.
