I purchased this sling and it has been a game changer, she was quite happy in the sling, My husband fed her sausages and kept her steady whilst I cut nails, managed to actually cut all nails fairly quickly, I would suggest getting g your dog used to each stage and watching some youtube videos of nail cutting using sling. Excellent product and has worked well for us.

We have a chihuahua puppy that hates her nails being trimmed. This hammock really makes a difference. It is good quality and I love the velcro belt that keeps the dog really secure. It also has velcros under the hooks for extra safety. My dog first tried to wiggle her way out but soon gave up and was very relaxed. Made nail trimming a breeze. I would highly recommend for really difficult dogs who hates their feet being touched.

Was having a nightmare cutting my frencies nails but this was great! Still tried to nip me and twist about but made it so much easier. Only complaint is the hooks could be a little bigger, they do the job but aren't the safest feeling things in the world

The media could not be loaded. As you can see Nellie would rate this product very poorly! But I can’t rate it highly enough. Finally able to trim her nails without a frenzied battle. Good quality and I really like the fact that it can hang from a curtain rail so you can cut nails using natural light. The strap across the stomach is super secure and Nellie was hardly able to move let alone escape! Great for the price. Nellie is a mixed breed around the same size as a cocker spaniel and the medium size was perfect for her, and would have fit a slightly bigger dog too.

All dogs are different - Yours might like this but mine didn't. My giant breed dog managed to kick his way out of this hammock even though his feet were dangling a few inches off the ground at the time. I've never seen the poor boy in so much distress.I contacted the seller who was amazing! He explained dogs are different and offered a no quibble refund immediately.I've waited a couple of months before writing this review to ensure I'm not writing with the emotion of how upset I was at seeing my dog's distress, knowing I put him through that.My dog is a Black Russian Terrier, 40+ kilos and has a long body with a long neck and long legs. He HATES having his paws brushed and I purchased the harness to get access to his feet.The XXL harness fits my dogs body. It's soft and flexible and a bit thin but we're confident that the stitching is secure and will hold. The dog is happy while we put it on. He's used to his raincoat and it's the same kind of movement.The supplied hanging straps are short so we have brought some chains from a DIY store to hook over the pull up bar. The S-hooks that come with the harness are good quality and we use them to attach the hanging straps to the chain.Then we hang the dog. He is heavy so first we raise him from the front and when he's happy in that position, we raise him from the back. So now he's floating and it's all good. I start brushing his thighs (which he likes) .... and suddenly his front half drops!!!Because he is a long heavy dog and the harness offers ZERO chest support.The poor dog's nose is an inch of the ground now because he has tipped and this position is scary to him! He's kicking and flailing, drool puddling below him. Because of his thrashing, I can't get close enough to release him. Because of his size and energy, the only way to get him down is to hold him while we release the S-hooks. But this is impossible because he's in so much distress, he will kick me if I get close.His nose touches the ground and gives him the traction to kick himself free out of the horrible harness. He runs from the room and we give him treats to calm him down.It's safe to say this harness did not work for him. I believe it's not shaped for my breed of dog. The harness hunches the dog from his middle leaving most of his front half unprotected, unpropped and unsafe.The comb that comes with the harness is wonderful. I love it and use it to this day. I have not tried the nail clippers. I'll leave that activity for the groomer.The actual harness itself is well sewn but in my opinion, it's more suitable for smaller dogs.If I had my time again, I would probably hang my dog up in it and do nothing except feed him treats for the first few times. Then I'd start with the brushing once he knows it's safe to dangle. But even then, for my dog, because there's no chest support, it's like putting your kid on a ride without a seatbelt.The best thing about my experience is that the seller was so wonderful.3 stars because the harness didn't work for me but the seller actually cares. Maybe it will work for you.

My Jug is nie on impossible to nail clip. She has to be sedated every time despite years of desensitisation training. This hammock on the stand with the muzzle and a friendly helper, makes the nail trim quick and 100% easier and less traumatic for all involved. Highly recommend. Just make sure, if you have a wriggly Jug, that you have someone to hold them in as she can get out of this. Still a 2 person job

My dog hates having his claws clipped, can’t say he liked having them done with the hammock either but he couldn’t run away or move when they were being done which was great.The hammock is more than strong enough to hold my 30kg staffie safely,The clipper’s that are include really are of poor quality though

Es de material resistente y viene con los dos ganchitos. Me gusto que las asas son de tela tipo lona y se ven mejores y más resistentes que otras hamacas que tienen sólo los agujeros en la tela. Yo lo uso para inyectar a mi perrito y hasta ahora no he tenido ningún problema. Considero que soporta el peso de mascotas de menos de 8 o 9 kilos.
Works great to keep them from laying on their paws.
I wouldn't use it to lift them all the way off the ground because it's not padded well and he seemed to be in discomfort when going too high (probably fine if your dog is under 100lbs) but it works perfectly to keep them from laying on their paws.

The straps are a bit short. It works well for dogs that are difficult with nail cutting. I have two shiba inu’s and they are a bit dramatic. I was able to accomplish there nails without a fight or crying. Best purchase ever! Measure and weigh your dogs to get the right size and everything will be good!

It was slighly a bit big for my two pugs. They fit until i started cutting their nails and they squermed and squeeze their way out of it whilst screaming like banchies. I love the idea, my dogs just absolutely hate getting their nails cut.
