This is my very first microneedling pen, and I chose the Dr. Pen A10 after doing a lot of research. I wanted something that was beginner-friendly, safe to use at home, and actually delivered results—and so far, I’m happy with my choice.The pen feels high quality and lightweight, and it came with several needle cartridges (mine included both 12-pin and 36-pin). It’s wireless and rechargeable, which is super convenient. The LED speed settings are easy to understand, even for a first-timer.I used a hyaluronic acid serum before and after treatment to help it glide and to calm redness.My skin was red for about 24 hours, but not irritated.After 2 sessions (1 week apart), I saw smoother texture and smaller pores on my cheeks.No dramatic changes yet (which is expected), but I can see subtle improvements, and my skin looks healthier overall.If you’re new to microneedling, like I am, the Dr. Pen A10 is a great first device. It feels safe and powerful without being overwhelming. I was very nervous about ordering this. What if it was a fake, what if it damaged my skin? But I am so pleased with it. The pen and attachments are very high quality and easy to use. The results are just as good as if you went for a treatment in a salon and much more cost effective

Such a good derma needle pen. It’s so easy to use a comes with a good instruction booklet that tells you you how to set it up and needle lengths needed for certain areas of the face. Pen itself is very good quality and looks no different from ones I’ve seen used by professionals. Once charged, you attach a needle head which are all separate and disposable. I give the needle head a quick soak in isopropyl alcohol to make sure it’s properly sterile, attach to pen, set the length I need and off I go. It’s so easy to you use and I’m getting some good results on a particularly deep forehead line after only two sessions. I leave at least 6 to 8 weeks in between sessions as it does take the skin a while to heal properly and to help build up that new collagen lost from the Dermis. Highly recommend this product, love it!

Bought this Dr. pen A10 Microneedling Pen because i was intrigued. So many conversations about improving the collagen in my skin helping with the absorption of moisturiser etc etc. I hadn't actually thought about the term 'micro needling' and what it might entail. Excitedly I received my pen and was impressed with the quality of the handheld gadget and its packaging. i watched several video clips online prior to using and decided to crack on. Face double cleansed, Hyaluronic acid, Pen charged and I'm ready fo action. I used a 12 needle attachment and started at a depth of .25 but was able to increase to .5 - initially I was nervous about the pain as I didn't use a numbing cream but although there was a sting it passed quickly. I was able to complete the whole treatment of my face in about 20 minutes. I wasn't quite ready for the heat that emanated following the treatment but used my medical reusable freezer gel pack to cool the area. I continued to moisturiser frequently as the next few days i could feel the trauma to the skin, the initial redness subsided the following day and i could feel the skin healing and hopefully collagen stimulation occurring. My face felt tight and my skin was so smooth - I was very impressed. I have completed the treatment twice now and am happy with my choice. There are so many micro needling products out there and lots of information to absorb however I can say I am happy with the results so far from the Dr. pen A10.
