Prefer the stainless steel spout to a plastic one and the glass seems strong. Been using for a couple of weeks and have no complaints. Price was good. Attractive. (Need to be careful filling as lid opening is restricted - not been an issue for us.) Water tastes good from it though we do filter (twice) before using.

The media could not be loaded. We are loving this kettle. It’s beautiful, works perfectly and of great quality. I chose this one over other models including the branded Ru**el H. Because it has less plastic (i.e. more steel). This is a family business based in Whales and the materials chosen align with the family’s commitment to improve water quality (I checked whois selling/making them). The materials used for the electrical components are also of higher quality.The light is gorgeous and it’s surprisingly pleasant to watch the bubbles. Needless to say kids love it.We’ve had for a couple of months are so pleased.

It's a nice looking kettle, worked well for 5 months, now leaks.Before I purchased, I read the reviews and thought it sounded like a decent product. Some reviews mentioned that the lid doesn't open far enough which I can see where the reviewers are coming from, it only opens to about 50 degrees.Anyway, all that doesn't really matter, the fact is that it leaks after 5 months which means I cannot recommend it at all. At the end of the day, a nice looking faulty product is still a faulty product.It looks like I'll need to contact the manufacturer as it's past the Bolo return date. Trying to sort this stuff out is always a hassle so I would say from my experience with this product, find another kettle.If I get a replacement and it works well, I'll update this review.
