Bottle is great, doesn't leak at all despite what some reviews may say. Steel mixing ball works incredibly well, I used to use a cheap blender to mix my whey with milk but this bottle mixes really good.

The Optimum Nutrition Protein Shaker is a solid choice for anyone in need of a reliable and affordable shaker. It feels sturdy and well-made, so I expect it will withstand regular use. I particularly appreciate how easy it is to clean – a quick wash by hand and it's ready to go again. It's a decent size, more than enough for my regular protein shakes and the little steel ball helps to break up and lumps making it easy to use.While the plain black design is sleek, it can be a bit tricky to see the liquid level inside. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to its overall functionality. I've had no issues with leaks, even when giving it a vigorous shake, and the flip cap keeps everything secure, I do hold onto it tho, just in case! If you're looking for a good value, no-frills shaker that does the job, the this a good option.
