The only gels I will use, small enough to pop in your pocket but big enough to do the job. Great taste and consistency unlike many others that I have tried!!!!

These were purchased for longer training runs that would be over 90 mins in place of my usual Maurten gels to save a few pounds. Price is excellent and all the flavours tried have been lovely, but on a couple of occasions I've had a weird reaction, tickling in my thoat after taking them, resulting in a cough for up to a couple of hours. Not much use for me on race day, back to Maurten it is 🙄
