The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave behind any aftertaste.It comes with full instructions on how to take and when, as well as storage instructions. The ingredients are also clearly printed which is convenient.These are high-quality collagen peptides that stand out from the others available, I love that they're organic too! 10/10 would recommend!

Personally I think these are low in collagen compared to others I have had just 475mg per capusule the recommended dose on the bottle is between 2-15 capsules, taking 15 daily would not last long at all just 10 days I was taking 4 daily to give me 1900mg of collagen daily. After some research it is recommended that 2,500 to 15,000 mg of collagen hydrolysate per day is recommended. These doses have been studied, and research suggests, that they can produce good results for skin, hair, nails and joints. They are easy to take and have no aftertaste. They are presented in a nice glass jar. I've finished the bottle and haven't noticed any noticeable difference in my skin yet however collagen can take 3-6 months of constant use before effects are noticed. I think I'll carry on using my other collagen product from the same brand as this one what contains 9000mg per serving.

The media could not be loaded. 150 capsules divided by 4 is 37 days supply, it's not bad for a month supply, but having to take 4 capsules to get the 1900mg 2 capsules is 950mg not 9,500. I normally take 10g of collagen per day for bone, skin, tendon, hair, nails, joint health because the older we get the less collagen our bodies produce, and that causes stiffness and join pain, but with collagen supplements, they do really work after a month of taking there is no more pain, joint problems.This is a good product but took a star off because it's too underdosed for my liking, but has good taste, pleasant, doesn't taste nasty, and there's no fillers or additives like magnesium stearate, or magnesium salts of fatty acids, there's no preservatives, or sweeteners, it didn't taste sweet, just plain and pleasant.This is also Type 1 and 3 collagen, Type one is mostly made up from skin, bone, teeth, tendons, ligaments, vascular ligature, and organs, type 3 mainly comes from skin, muscle and blood vessels. I would personally rate higher if this product was higher dosed, but also contained more capsules and type 2 as well, as the type 2 is mainly found in cartilage, so it's just a plus having all type 1, 2 and 3 in collagen supplements.I rated 4 because it's clean collagen, didn't taste nasty, but at that dosage level should really have been enough capsules to last 1 year. Currently £22.95.

I've had products from this brand before and they're always good quality supplements. I like having the convenience of capsules, as I don't always make food/shakes that can have collagen powder mixed in (I don't like the taste of powder in coffee). This is a handy way of getting some collagen every day - not sure if it's as absorbable as the powder form, but still better than nothing. It recommends 2-4 capsules, but quotes 75 servings of 2 capsules. I've been taking 4 capsules so more like a month's supply when taking the larger dosage.
