Less bitter and intense than other 90% chocolates, likely owing to the higher cocoa butter content too. Not too sweet either, all in all a really delicious bar. It's like a smooth, and less sweet 70-85%, rather than the usual bitter/grainy chocolate often sold at 86-90%. If in doubt, order one and give it a go!
