My fiancé brought this for me for Christmas. I was so happy with how this looked in the box and so excited to use it.I started to dry my hair this morning and after 2 minutes of drying it sparked and the heat stopped working. It now only blows out cold air!! I’m so disappointed and upset especially seeing how expensive this is. Very poor product quality and one very disappointed customer!!

Great hairdryer at a great price. Does all I need it to do with helpful attachments. Different heat settings and you can manage the intensity of the flow, which I found useful having thin fine hair which doesn’t like to much heat.I did find it a bit awkward using the wraparound attachment, perfect on the right side of hair but you need to turn it upside down doing the left side, but getting used to that now. Some attachments do get hot but not enough to be a problem.All comes beautifully packed. Useful carry bag to store everything. Xmas present to myself and so far very happy with it.

Don’t even justify one star.Really feeling stressed out about this as only used a few times in the few months I’ve had it.went to use it again and the sound was there but no heat or air and slight smell of burning so quickly turned off, Can’t return it as it’s over 30 day.Re EDIT. After my review the customer service team reached out and offered me a replacement or refund. I asked for refund as didn't trust the replacement as stated previously. The customer service team were excellent and I received a refund in less than 5 days 👍 Thank you customer service 🌟

The curling function is ok in one direction but blows hair everywhere when you use your other hand for the other side as it doesn’t rotate. The brush is very brittle and hard on the scalp. The hair drying function was the best part, not worth the price. Wish I had bought a rotating heat brush instead for £100 less! Can’t send it back as I used it to obviously test it. Money down the drain 😔

Ich habe das Produkt gekauft, da ich erst einmal testen wollte, wie so ein Produkt ist, ohne direkt 550€ für das Original auszugeben.Mein erster Eindruck von dem Produkt war noch besser als ich es erwartet hatte. Es ist sehr qualitativ und kommt in einer schönen Verpackung. Zusätzlich erhält man noch zwei Klammern, einen Handschuh und eine Tasche zum Verstauen. Zuerst probierte ich den Föhnaufsatz und war weiterhin beeindruckt. Meine Haare waren in kürzester Zeit trocken, obwohl das Gerät sehr leise ist und man denkt, dass die herausströmende Luft nicht ausreichend ist zum trocknen.Trotz all den positiven Aspekten entschied ich mich schließlich dennoch, das Produkt zurück zu schicken.Ich probierte im weiteren Verkauf die Rundbürste und die Lockenstabaufsätze. Die Rundbürste machte meine Haare sehr geschmeidig, jedoch einfach nur glatt. Die Lockenaufsätze machten schöne Locken, die sich aber leider nach 40 Sekunden wieder aushingen. Ich habe mich über Produkte informiert und diese ausprobiert, um die Haltbarkeit evtl zu verlängern. Die Ergebnisse waren dennoch dieselben.Zusammenfassend gebe ich dem Gerät dennoch 5 Sterne, da es einwandfrei funktioniert, toll aussieht und ich nicht denke, dass die teurere Alternative etwas an meiner Situation geändert hätte. Ich würde jedem empfehlen, es selbst einmal auszuprobieren, ob es mit der Haarstruktur kompatibel ist oder nicht.
Surprisingly good
Product is good. Airflow is good. All 3 settings are distinguishable. Airwrap works really well on both sides and curls are perfect bouncy after using heat protecting spray just like high end device. Cord is too short. Pretty colour and appearance. Great for the price.
