I decided to get a pull-up bar to build upper body strength for climbing. What I didn’t anticipate was just how solid it would be! To ease into it, I started by positioning the bar at waist height so I could do Australian pull-ups and gradually build up.The bar is great quality and feels really secure when in use. It doesn’t budge at all. I weigh 60kg and my partner is 90kg, and the bar doesn’t flinch when either of us use it.Pros:• Very sturdy and robust, feels safe and secure• Built-in spirit level helps with easy and accurate installation• Comfortable foam grips, easy on the hands• Versatile, extendable bar that fits different doorway widthsI didn't have any cons at all!It arrived on time and was well packaged. Overall, I’m really pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend it.

That’s better! I ordered the wrong one that was slightly too big for my doorways, this one fits perfectly! And once it’s up it is solid. Really good strong quality. Good weight to it, certainly not flimsy. The handle is a nice material, not cheap spongy foam, nice and firm. The grips are more than sufficient to keep it stuck to the wall, I proper yanked with all my weight and it’s not going anywhere. Very easy to install and works perfectly. Easy to take off and put back on when you need it. Will definitely last a long time.

I bought this for my son, it's really strong and sterdy. It's fits really well, It's very quick and easy to put up. I like the little spirit lever each side to help make sure it's level. I love the grip pads that hold it in place, I've bought a different one in the passed and it sometimes slipped when exercising (this one do not slip due to the length of the pads that push agents the frame)I would definitely recommend this pull up bar

As you can see in my photo, I added gymnastic rings to the bar, which proves how useful and sturdy it is. I was initially afraid of putting it over the stairs incase it fell suddenly, but actually, no matter how much i jump up on it, swing on it, it does not budge an inch. Very stable. My other family members who are double my weight have been using it too, still very sturdy.The only gripe i have with it, which no one else seems to have, is the grip. It is very comfortable, but because it’s some sort of soft foam and NOT stuck to the bar, just from the ends, it is extremely uncomfortable for grip. I do wish it was tighter and wasn’t SO soft, because even my mom with arthritis struggles with the grip too. I go to the gym and can feel the difference between the grips there and this one. Unsure what to do about it tbh, would’ve loved just a hard bar and the option to apply your own grip. Hey-hoo, it stays in place and most people don’t mind its grip so, what can i do.

This is my second pull up bar after a different one broke after only a few months use, this one is far better. The grip on the door frame is superior, the mechanism is easier to use and lock, and the handle grip itself is SO much better, you can basically grip the full length of the bar. Very sturdy when in use. Highly recommended.

This pull up bar is great, easy to setup for when you want to use it in seconds with spirit level guides also. Lockable to prevent spinning when using it too!Extremely comfortable grip on the bar, the only draw back is it only allows for close grip pull ups / chin ups as it obviously fits within a doorway.It is extremely sturdy and the spring loaded end caps look to be of a high quality also!

Doorway pull-up bars are often too flimsy and feel worrying to use. This one feels rigid and solid. It fits to the door jamb by push-fit, which seems to work well, quickly and easily, without needing to drill etc. The end pads that fit to the jamb are (necessarily) quite big, so we had to chisel out some light framework to fit it, but it works very well. The grip is comfortable too. I bought it for my son, but I use it too, and trust it to hold my 12 stone without any wobbles. Good item.

Estoy montando un gimnasio un poco decente en la casa del pueblo y me faltaba una barra para hacer flexiones verticales. Vi esta barra de dominadas, modelo BASIC P5, de ajuste variable, para acoplar en el marco de madera maciza de una puerta, sin tornillos ni taladros, y es justo lo que quería. Las medidas se corresponden con lo descrito en la página web y consiste en una barra como las típicas de la ducha extensible, pero mucho más profesional, que se ajusta en las paredes de un pasillo o en el marco de una puerta, para asegurar un bloqueo que soporte perfectamente el peso de un cuerpo serrano. La tubería está fabricada en acero grueso multicapa con una capa antioxidante, una capa de cobertura metálica y un acabado en cromo de color negro. Recomiendan ponerlo en paredes de muros de cemento, puertas de seguridad (blindadas, acorazadas) o puertas de madera maciza. Se puede colocar a distintas alturas, más altura para hacer flexiones y dominadas o muy baja para sujetar los pies y hacer abdominales y que sujeten los pies cuando estás solo, para mejorar la intensidad y efectividad del ejercicio. A media altura, permite realizar estiramiento de ligamentos en las piernas. Su uso es bastante flexible, pesa unos 2 kg y me parece ideal y con un buen precio.¿Es recomendable?SI, es el complemento perfecto para el gimnasio en casa. Te permite la instalación a distintas alturas, para realizar todo tipo de ejercicios, empezando por flexiones, pasando por abdominales o estiramientos y, como se anuncia, dominadas. El sistema de sujeción me ha gustado mucho porque puedes ajustarlo a casi cualquier tipo de superficie (regular o no) y variar en vertical y horizontal ambos extremos. Tiene una buena relación calidad-precio y la recomiendo. Si te parece un poco excesiva de precio, espera que tenga algún descuento o cupones en Bolo.No, si no tienes ningún sitio disponible dentro del rango de medidas de la herramienta para instalarla, aunque sea temporalmente.Experiencia de uso:La presentación del paquete se hace en una caja bastante decente de cartón, con identificación del producto a nivel fotográfico y con identificación de la marca, así como correos de contacto y página web del fabricante. Me parece suficientemente adecuado para el rango de precios en que se mueve. El paquete incluye simplemente la barra, cubierta con un plástico transparente al vacío, que no supone mucha protección. Ese sería un punto flaco. Incluye manual de instrucciones en papel, incluyendo el lenguaje castellano. Otro punto a favor. Recomiendo leer tranquilamente las instrucciones antes de hacer alguna prueba de instalación. El sistema es bastante flexible y te permite instalar, por ejemplo, uno de los extremos en horizontal y el otro en vertical, siendo muy flexible a la hora de configurar el soporte. Es de agradecer, porque este tipo de aparatos tienen que tener mucha seguridad, sobre todo si vas a dejar todo el peso del cuerpo en manos de la sujeción de la herramienta. Cada uno de los extremos del agarre tiene tres piezas con muelles de ajuste por presión y que son capaces de superar las irregularidades en los marcos o paredes. Además, cada uno de los dos extremos tiene un nivel, lo que facilita asegurar un montaje lo más perfecto posible en horizontal. El agarre es agradable en la capa exterior cromada, pero si tus manos sudan, podrías resbalar, así que recomiendo utilizar guantes específicos de deporte cuando hagas dominadas. Para otros ejercicios como flexiones abdominales, esto no es tan importante.Puntos fuertes:- Buena relación calidad-precio y de los materiales.- Buenas instrucciones de uso e instalación en castellano.- El sistema de sujección, que permite ángulos en 360 grados para buscar el mejor punto de soporte.

Geliefert wurde eine verstellbare Klimmzugstange von RHINOSPORT.Mit der bei gelieferten Anleitung ist die Klimmzugstange einfach und schnell an den Türrahmen befestigt. Wichtiges vorab, bei mir gab es keine Kratzer oder Beschädigung an den Türrahmen, ich habe allerdings einen Metallrahmen.So erstmal angebracht, konnte ich es natürlich nicht lassen, diese sofort auszuprobieren. Es ist eine gepolsterte Stange, wodurch der Griff relativ angenehm ist, schmerzen lassen sich dabei bei mir, allerdings nicht komplett vermeiden, aber schonmal besser als bei einer Metallstange. Anfangs war ich sehr skeptisch, ob das überhaupt hält und habe mich vorsichtig herangetastet. Inzwischen habe ich vollstes Vertrauen, bis jetzt ist nichts passiert und ich habe schon verschiedene Übungen ausprobiert auch mit zusätzlichem Gewicht, alles ohne jegliche Probleme. Insgesamt bin ich mit der Klimmzugstange mehr als zufrieden.Preislich kann ich bedauerlicherweise keine Aussage zu dem Produkt geben, da dieser momentan nicht verfügbar ist.

Questa barra per trazioni è in materiali di qualità:La parte interna, ovvero la parte solida è in acciaio di alta qualità spesso 1,5mm che riesce a supportare fino a 250kg, quindi molto resistente;La parte esterna invece è ricoperta da uno strato di schiuma ad alta intensità che rende la barra super soft al tocco, senza il problema dei calli alle mani, ma soprattutto un grip maggiore, in quanto le mani restano salde senza scivolare, inoltre questa schiuma è davvero utile perché facendo le trazioni è possibile che vi si sbatta contro la testa o il viso, ed attutire il colpo con questa schiuma, evita di farsi del male.La tecnologia di bloccaggio è davvero innovativa, in quanto non ha bisogno di fare buchi ai muri, ma basta sbloccare i due blocchi laterali, per farsi sì che la sbarra si allunghi e si accorci, appoggiarla alle pareti, roteare la barra con i blocchi aperti, fin quando i 3 gommini laterali tocchino completamente la superficie laterale, ma soprattutto fin quando i segnalini che stanno sopra e sotto la livella, siano completamente estesi: Questo meccanismo permette di avere la sicurezza al 100% che la barra non cada, quando la utilizziamo, infatti mi sento molto al sicuro nell'utilizzarla, sapendo che ci sono presenti tutti questi sistemi di sicurezza; infatti una volta fatti arrivare i segnali che è esteso al massimo, basta chiudere avvitando le due sicurezze laterali, e la barra sarà stabile senza la possibilità che rotei e quindi il rischio che la barra ceda mentre si utilizza.E' importante montarla bene, seguendo le istruzioni, ovvero mettendo le parti laterali in maniera verticale e non orizzontale, in modo che il peso vada distribuito verticalmente, e quindi essere più sicuro, quindi leggete per bene le istruzioni, anche se è molto semplice ed intuitivo.Prendere prima le misure:Prima di acquistarlo, assicuratevi di avere una porta o un corridoio che vada da 69cm a 92cm, altrimenti non potrete utilizzarlo.La barra ha molteplici usi:- Si può utilizzare per fare le trazioni- Per fare gli addominali, usandolo come barra che tiene i piedi a terra.- Per lo stretching- Per i push up, ovvero le flessioni- e anche come bastone per la flessione del corpo.Insomma se state cercando una sbarra per trazioni, questa è molto sicura e con la possibilità di utilizzarla per molteplici esercizi.

Sono comprato per mia marito ,lui a piaciuto di fare allenamento.
