I bought this product because I was feeling tired and old. I'm still old and tired but my hair finger nails and skin do feel better.my nails have grown and don't chip as much. I'm just waiting my my wrinkles to disappear. Ha. Over all I would recommend this product.

I bought these for the collagen and I liked the idea that they dissolve in water. They taste much nicer than other liquids I’ve tried and encourages me to have a glass of water every morning.Might be coincidence, but I’m a terrible sleeper and after a week of taking these I’m sleeping better and don’t feel groggy in the morning , I have more energy. I bought them for my skin but early days to comment on any changes there, but didn’t expect them to help me sleep! I’ll definitely keep taking them

I love the taste (reminds me of the old, long forgotten sweets) and for me it adds a flavor to the water. As I don't like a sweet water, but I don't like a tap water without a flavor, it works well- I need only a quarter of tablet for 400 mls of water. Not much collagen in it, but I didn't buy it for a collagen as I buy collagen separately.All in all, perfect.
