Used it once. Put it on the next day and no power going through the unit. Absolutely dead.This needs a uk kettle cable which you buy at additional expense. Item also listed as made in Korea but the box itself states this model is made in china.Sent back for a refund after a long wait to even get it delivered and further delay to order a plug only to have it break after a single use.Please avoid purchasing this model. Read other reviews also. I wish I did.

4 months after buying it and using in about 3 times a week with careful and regular cleaning and it stopped working overnight!
Excellent roce cooker.
I love this rice cooker! It is the perfect size for my needs, super easy to use, and the rice comes out perfect every single time. It looks sleek on my counter, cooks quickly, and cleanup is a breeze. I’m so glad I chose Cuckoo. Recommended!

Excellent little rice cooker
I used to have a Zojirushi (an NS-TSC10, to be precise), so my standards were high when I decided to try out a Korean rice cooker. Considering this machine is just as good if not better, and IMO much more attractive on the countertop, I doubt I’ll ever go back! I especially love how the steam vent can be removed from the lid and taken apart, so you can get it really clean. The rice, of course, is tender and perfectly cooked, and three cups is the ideal size for anyone living alone. I would recommend this superb rice cooker to anyone.

The color of this rice cooker is gorgeous, and the display offers multiple options to meet basic cooking needs. The non-stick inner pot makes cleanup easy, and the rice always turns out just right. The only downside is that it can’t reach a higher temperature to create that delicious, crispy rice at the bottom.
Great Value Cooker!
This is a great rice cooker! The size is perfect for our family of 4. Very easy to use, and essentially have feature parody with other brands. Our favorite feature has to be the water catch on the rear for the condensation that builds occurs during cooking!
