From ordering to delivery never had any issues and the product it's self is something that everyone should take. It contains 92 minerals that our body needs ( and our body has 102 minerals). It's so easy to make the gel out of it. Rinse it and soak it with water for 24-36 hours and add half of fresh lemon juice to better the taste.

Not sure its not grown in a farm, as there's no roots in packet and apparently there should be roots if its actually from the sea. but i do feel better for using it

The media could not be loaded. This seamoss came packed WELL and the bag was so full I struggled to get it out the bag! This is the CLEANEST seamoss I have ever had and super fresh, under the light you could still see the salt shimmering. It started to swell as soon as I set it to soak and had well more than doubled the size in the first 10mins by the end of the day, it had grown outside the bowl! Barely ANY debris after the soak which was awesome and it blended down SO smooth. I’m truly impressed and being St Lucian myself, I wish I found this brand much sooner than I did.Highly recommend!!

I am unable to rate this product because I returned it. However, I know sea moss is good especially from Grenada and St. Lucia

I've used various types of dry seamoss and know how to prepare the seamoss before blending. This product didn't not blend well and smelt very chemically. I returned the remaining dry moss and dispossed of the poor blended mixture

I love how clean this sea moss is. I used mine to make a seams gel. I soaked in water for around 16 hours then blended with filtered water. I was able to fill a 680g jar and still had some sea moss left to use for next time. Great value for money
