The media could not be loaded. My new favorite way to get creatine. It’s the most studied supplement and everyone, both men and women can benefit from its effects. I’ve tried powders, pills, you name it. I look forward to taking these chewables every morning before the gym. It’s like eating a few pieces of sour candy - delicious!! They dissolve easily as you chew, great value for the money (30 day supply) and don’t bother my stomach, even on empty. Definitely notice a bigger output in my weight lifting and energy levels, and improved focus. Texture might be a bit chalky for some people, but for me it tastes like eating your favorite tart candy.
