These bars Sure do work. it says anytime energy boost on them so during a 20 mile bike ride I ate 11 of them in one go. This gave me a massive boost and I continued on to do 127 miles before taking on another 11 then returning home for a 248 mile total bike ride. Once home I did the washing the ironing the hoovering and gave my wife a jolly good seeing to to on the strength of the last 11 bars I ate. I have since joining slimmers world as I put on 13 lbs during the bike ride, not sure the payoff was worth it.

These are my go to nutrition on long rides. Tasty and easy to digest, I mix up the flavours and eat one roughly every hour of a long ride. They're that nice that my wife has started to steal them for her workouts too

I regret to say that my experience with OTE Anytime Bars was disappointing, and I cannot recommend them. Despite being marketed as energy bars for cycling and running, they fell short of providing the necessary sustenance. The taste was unpleasant, and the texture was dry and crumbly. Moreover, the fact that they are nut and gluten-free did not compensate for their lackluster flavor. The box of 16 bars was a letdown, and I suggest exploring other options for nutrition snacks during endurance activities.
