Looks and feel great and is sturdy and has a good weight to it.Be sure to check weight bearing and extenion if you're using it in a wide area, physics matters.- Don't use it on false walls, you will break them.- solid walls are great- Doorways are greatinstall- twist the end to extend- feet facing downard- when starting to grip surface level and rotate middle bar to tighten easily and keep level- tighten bolts on anti grips then pull lever ( slightly )it suggests to check tightening before and after use.- unclip locks- check middle bar tightening- re-lockflexible and functional, im using it just to hang, but mid bar on doorways for leg work is also amazing, core training hooking feet under.

Bought this item a few months ago and it's held up well.I found the instructions a little hard to understand at places, but the set-up was intuitive enough that I didn't really need them.Overall, I've had no issues in my (admittedly light) use of this product.

I'm really disappointed by this purchase, the arm couldn't stay on the wall and couldn't gold my weight so it kept sliding . The metal bar within also fell out , making me have to return the product. Shame because its a good idea, but not safe and good enough in terms of size.

This pull-up bar is easy to use and set-up. Unlike other bars I've used in the past, once you've tightened it up and locked it in place, it feels very stable and you can tell it's not going to slip in the door frame. The bar is lightweight and takes up very little room when stored away. It's functional and perfect for someone who doesn't have a gym membership but wants to start working out at home. Would recommend
