This is really well made and worth the money. I saw cheeper versions, but I think you get what you pay for. Can take out sections or add them in to suit waist size. Easy to use (once you get the swing). I have only used it once sinse I bought it as recovering from COVID but I am looking forward to getting fit again, and this is a great way to do it. 👍🏼

Avant la fin du premier mois, il faut réduire le nombre de maillons.MAIS la qualité n'est pas là. Le mécanisme permettant de faire tourner le poids s'autodétruit et rend l'objet inutilisable en un mois.
I am sold
I was super skeptical when purchasing this item because it can't possibly work but I am SOLD. It may not burn 800 cal in 30 mins for me like it claims on the box, but it did get my heart rate up to 160bpm and burned 230cal in 20 (according to my Garmin). I did NOT expect this to be remotely challenging but it gets the body moving and I SWEAT! The best part is, it's not even hard to do for the average able-bodied person. The only thing I struggled with was not screwing up my rhythm once I got the momentum going. I can easily see myself doing this exercise a couple times a day, easy!
