I never used to like electric toothbrushes. Always found them too aggressive, would make my eyes vibrate, the bristles would hurt my gums and any other complaint you've probably hurd from someone. But this one i was pleasantly surprised. The vibration is limited to the head of the brush so your hand isn't vibrating like crazy try to keep your grip. You can change the level of intensity too. The bristles on the brush are so so soft but still manage an amazing clean! My teeth have never felt so clean and yet with such gentle cleaning! I just been for my check up at the dentist and they have said all of my teeth and gums are perfect scores and I have this toothbrush to thank! It's pricey but the best investment ever!

Before this, I’ve never really used an electric toothbrush before. And now, I can’t even imagine going back to standard toothbrushes! It’s really easy to ease, the quality is amazing, and it does a really good cleaning job. The battery could be a bit better and it would be nice to have like an indication that the battery is running low before it powers off. It does however still work a tiny bit after it switches off which is fine. Good value for money!

I bought this 3 weeks ago and I really rate it. My wife uses one and has done for years but I went for a cheaper alternative. Now that I have one I wished I had bit the bullet earlier but the price put me off.Worth it.

I recently purchased your Philips Sonicare DiamondClean 9000 pink electric toothbrush, and I am extremely disappointed with my purchase. Despite being advertised as a high-quality and top-performing product, I have found it to be significantly lacking in comparison to my previous ones like the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean HX9331/04 and the Philips Sonicare DiamondClean Rechargeable Electric Toothbrush, 2019 Edition, Rose Gold.Firstly, the battery life of this toothbrush is unacceptable. Despite charging it fully, it only lasts a fraction of the time that my previous toothbrush did, leaving me without a functional toothbrush in the middle of my morning routine. This is a major inconvenience and has caused me to have to constantly interrupt my brushing to recharge the device.Furthermore, the travel case that came with this toothbrush is cheaply made and does not provide adequate protection for the toothbrush during travel. The case does not securely hold the toothbrush, and it has fallen out multiple times, putting the toothbrush at risk of damage.I expect a higher level of quality and performance from a toothbrush that is marketed as a premium product and sold at a premium price. I am extremely unhappy with this purchase and feel that it is not worth the money that I spent.I would like to request a refund for this product, as it is not performing to the standards that I expected and I do not feel that it is a good value for my money. I have always been a fan of Philips products and used them for years, as well as highly recommending them to many people who have also purchased them. However, this experience has left me feeling extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.I hope that you will take my feedback into consideration and make the necessary improvements to your products to ensure that your customers are satisfied and receive value for their money.

I like the toothbrush but am very disappointed that this brush comes without a charging travel case unlike all my previous toothbrushes. Considering how expensive it is it comes with a cheap black plastic case.I appreciate the battery life is longer, but there are occasions when you may need to charge way from home.The plastic case is of poor quality and not substantial, and I do not think it will provide much protection.

Well I wish I’d bought this years ago! After a trip to the dentist a few months ago, she recommended this toothbrush. Pricey but SO SO worth it! I didn’t realise just how much more effective it would be cleaning my teeth compared to my non electric brush! Not only are my teeth whiter now, they also feel so much cleaner!I like how easy this brush is to use & how it has 3 power options. It’s easy to charge & keep clean and I could never go back to a standard toothbrush now!This was worth every penny ~ it’s an investment that really makes a difference to the health & appearance of my teeth & gums 👌☺️ highly recommended!

The toothbrush came without travel case, no brush head and no box, delivered in plastic bag. The item was ordered for a present, cannot be used for that purpose.
Très efficace
J’étais cliente Philips sonicare depuis très longtemps, fan de la sensation de propre et de l’efficacité du brossage. Mais voilà , les sonicare durent un an. Ensuite panne. Elles sont remplacées par le sav pas de souci de ce côté. Vous en avez une autre qui dure un an et ensuite il faut racheter. Mais elles sont chères ! Alors la dernière fois j’en ai eu marre et je suis allée à la concurrence , une marque connue, mais même principe que la sonicare , les vibrations. Et la déception. Efficacité du brossage pas du tout pareil 😢. Je l’ai gardé , j’ai essayé de faire confiance. Mais voilà , mes dents ont jauni , de façon sournoise. Je m’en rendais compte sur les photos. Alors j’ai décidé de repasser chez sonicare, avec ce modèle de brosse. Quel bonheur , elle est très performante !!! Je n’ai jamais eu les dents très blanches , mais elles ont repris très vite une teinte normale. Elle risque de ne tenir qu’un an , mais tant pis. Je conseille ce modèle pour un nettoyage intense. Attention , à pleine puissance c’est très - trop puissant. Il faut y aller progressivement. Très efficace.

Die Bürste arbeitet normal, die Reisebox wird immer weniger und billiger in der Ausführung. Der Stecker ist viel dicker als bei den älteren Modellen. Man muss ihn mit viel viel Kraft in die Steckdose drücken. Und bei smallen Steckdosen passt er gar nicht rein.Mein Fazit: Man erhaltet für viel Geld geringe Qualität.
