She said although it says heel balm it works all over the soles of the feet to moisturise and prevent cracked dry skin. I noticed improvements straightaway. The more you use it the better the results, I would recommend this heel balm 100%.

I always review on terrible products and amazing products and this cream is amazing!I'm on medication that affects my skin in the sun and in heat and I walk.. a lot!! My heels are cracked, dry, sore itching and bleeding in the night and I put this on a few hours ago and wow!!! It has taken the dry skin and cracked heels away and it feels soft already. I'm going to use it on all my summer dry patches ๐๐ฏ recommend!!!

This cream is really useful in helping to heal heel cracks and for softening dry skin on the feet. Slaver it on then pop on a pair of socks or some of the special knitted silicone lined heels . Improvement noticed within 3 days from painfully sore to softer and healing. Have purchased several times. My podiatrist is now also using this & recommending its use.

Itโs really thick and soo moisturising, itโs really easy to apply on you just need a little quantity to work with. It left my skin soft and soo smooth with no irritation and it a really good creamy texture that I love ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ.

Works pretty well on very dry and cracked feet. Much better than O'Keeffe's Healthy Feet. I prefer Kerasal though. This left my skin too sticky.
