Installation was easy , remove the helmet lining , velcro the speakers and mic in, clip the unit to the helmet ( or stick on , they give you both options in the kit ) , one wire to the unit, done. With the HD kit , you get upgraded speakers with better sound quality as well. The speakers are slim so I can't feel them at all while riding and the Mike is small and hardly noticeable inside. You have 2 mics , 1 for full face and 1 for open face so gives you the option depending on your helmet style. Connection to my phone/ sat nav was easy , press a button to pair , done , no issues with drop out or losing connection at all. Sound quality is good and clear and goes loud enough to hear at 70 mph. The buttons in the side are easy to work with gloves and let's you answer calls, skip songs , pause , stop etc . The unit is also not that bulky and doesn't light up like a xmas tree when it's on. I installed the app which is useful but you don't need to use it for the unit if you don't want to , just mainly for setting up and testing .Battery life is excellent, I went a 6 hr run and only used 25% battery without it turned off at all. All in , good piece of kit , recommended

A little bit of a fuss to setup and fit, however, once it is and functioning it's great. Audio volume and quality is good. I had to swap the LH and RH speaker audio around as it was quiet in one side.I'm yet to go for a ride and see how it is on the road, but so far very happy

Easy to install, good app, easy controls, good battery life.Sound quality not as good as I was hoping, I went for the HD version expecting more. I’ll keep it, but it loses a star for that.For reference I fitted it to an Arai Debut-V and found the optimum position was placing the speakers over the chin strap screw.

Major upgrade from sena, music is always on and intercom cuts in over the top seamlessly. Range is very limited it says 600m but it’s really half of that maybe less. Sena was about a mile max but the audio was just garbage. Dead easy to reconnect though so no real issues. Jbl speakers are amazing quality. Fitted in my shoie in 2 minutes no issues. Highly recommend them

This is entry level cardo...not the very first,but the next level.. .the Spirit is your starter,this is the spirit HD...if this is how good the starter is,,,the top line must be absolutely awesome....sound is awesome,clarity on calls is awesome ,the only down side, and uts really really a minor point ,there's a lot of wire to hide

Never written a review before but I am so impressed by this product. Easy to install I would recommend watching some vids.Pros music is clear even at 70mph I didn't have to have it full blast and I'm hard of hearing. Phone calls clear and crisp my mate said he could hear me clear at 70 mph. Functions and buttons on the whole are good.ability to use Google or bixby etc to make calls or GPS etc whilst riding.Cons if your helmet is on the tight side the ear pieces would be uncomfortable as they are quite thick. To pause music you have to press 2 buttons this can be a pain.Definitely value for money

Excellent sound and phone quality
Excellent in helmet audio system. Crystal clear sound, even when riding at highway speeds. Can take phone calls with very limit road noise getting through. The person on the other end of the phone wouldn’t even know you’re riding.Considering purchasing more for my passenger helmet to use the intercom.Would 100% recommend.

Uso questo Cardo Spirit da diversi mesi insieme al mio compagno (abbiamo entrambi lo stesso modello) e devo dire che l’esperienza è stata ottima fin da subito.Qualità costruttiva e batteria:La qualità è davvero buona, robusto e ben progettato. La batteria è uno dei suoi punti di forza: dura tranquillamente più di un giro in moto medio, parliamo di 6-8 ore, spesso anche di più senza problemi. Non ho mai avuto sorprese di batteria scarica all'improvviso.Audio chiaro anche ad alte velocità:Un altro aspetto che mi ha colpito è la chiarezza dell’audio. Anche a velocità sostenute (e non proprio da passeggiata), si riesce a sentire molto bene sia la voce che eventuali indicazioni GPS o musica. Le cuffie lavorano egregiamente in tutte le condizioni, e questo per me è fondamentale.Funzioni e connessioni:Il Cardo Spirit si connette facilmente con altri dispositivi Cardo, con i telefoni via Bluetooth e persino con interfoni di altre marche, cosa che lo rende molto versatile.Una funzione che trovo comodissima è la possibilità di parlare con l’altro motociclista mentre si ascolta insieme la musica o il navigatore dal telefono. Molto più utile di quanto pensassi inizialmente, soprattutto nei viaggi più lunghi.Rapporto qualità-prezzo:Per il prezzo a cui viene venduto, sinceramente non potrei chiedere di meglio. È un acquisto che rifarei senza esitazioni e lo consiglio a chi cerca un interfono affidabile senza spendere cifre folli.Unico piccolo difetto:L’unico limite che ho riscontrato è la distanza massima di comunicazione fra i due interfoni, che non è elevatissima. Se si rimane abbastanza vicini va tutto bene, ma appena ci si allontana troppo (soprattutto in strade molto aperte o con curve), il segnale può iniziare a calare.
