Really helped my hair grow and also my nails. My nails are incredibly strong and grow very long. I've never had long and strong nails before. As for my hair, this biotin has allowed it to grow back to below bra strap in 4 months, after a big mistake in chopping it all off up to my chin. Really pleased. I have been taking more strong of a dose than whats recommended just because I was desperate for my hair to grow back. My skin is nice now that i think about it, i wonder if that is down to the biotin too? You get 400 tablets so they last a long time. Real good price too. Just about to buy my second pack. My nail tech is blown away by how my nails are these days every time I go to get them polished, so much so that she recommends it to other clients. I did initially buy this just for my hair but seeing the benefits on my nails is honestly just wild to me. I was wearing glue in extensions in my hair at first as i hated it short, and i wanted to try and keep my hair strong and growing underneath so thats why i initially purchased this. Now just 4 months later I don't even have nor need the extensions. My hair is now naturally as long as they were :) Great!

I had lost a lot of hair with heavy daily shedding for nearly 10 years now and the sides of my head were looking patchy and the mid part on the top of my head was getting wider. It started becoming very noticeable how thin my hair was getting by the rats tail (instead of pony tail) that I was tying. I cut my hair short and have refused to tie it for the last 5 months - baldness on the sides of my head would be very obvious when I tied my hair back.I've been taking this Biotin since end of Dec 2023 and it's now 01 May 2024. After 4 months, I can already see that the mid part looks normal again with a lot of little hairs growing and the sides of my head have filled in. I still have slight bald patches but it's so much less than it was before. My hair looks thicker and my nails have grown stronger too. Also ended up getting a haircut sooner than anticipated. With so much new hair growing, all the different length hair was making it look messy! Although it is a very welcomed messy look!The tablets are tiny and so very easy to take and there are so many tablets, this will definitely last for a year.

I have given this item 4 stars, as its early days. I have only been taking them for a month. I may come back to the review in a couple of months time if I find a decent quality to my hair. There is a years supply in this bottle, so well worth the money... Just one table a day... brilliant.

Lo compré porque tenía el cabello débil, con caída, y las uñas muy quebradizas.Después de unas semanas, noté que el cabello se cae mucho menos al lavarlo y se siente más fuerte al tacto. También me crecen las uñas más rápido y ya no se parten tan fácil como antes. La piel está un poco más suave y pareja, algo que no esperaba pero se agradece.Estoy tomando una cápsula al día con el desayuno y no tuve efectos secundarios. Además, estas cápsulas son pequeñas y fáciles de tragar.Lo mejor:• Fortalece cabello y uñas visiblemente• Piel más luminosa• Excelente relación calidad-precioA mejorar:El frasco podría incluir una opción con menos cápsulas para quienes recién empiezan.Muy contenta con los resultados.
