It seems to be good quality, there are two layers of a soft thick beach towel like material with a thin electric sheet sandwiched inbetween. Nice and warm/cosy. Different temperatures and timings. I've found the lower temperatures of 1 & 2 are adequate warmth so far.

It doesn't heat up.... The instructions are clear but you have to put it on 1 setting (H) for an hour before you use it. So not an instant heat either. I don't feel it's fit for purpose. But the colour is lovely hence the 1 star.
