Really nice bathroom scales which appear to be accurate and have a very clear display. I know I'm getting old when the instruction book is mostly about connecting the scales to an App so that I can calculate my BMI and all sorts of other things, probably including weighing myself when I'm on the other side of the planet. It's a bathroom scales for Pete's sake, in days gone by it would have been just a dial with a needle! We don't need this level of complexity. Still, it does the basic job pretty well, so 5 stars it is! Takes a sensible size battery as well - not a button cell.

I’ve had for a year, held fairly accurate readings at the start… now it just fluctuates or decreases in the matter of seconds of last reading… and batteries were changed. And it didn’t get enough use to justify that… a prime example is I lost a stone in the space of a day to putting on 10 pounds 5 min later 🙈

My previous scales varied massively every time I got on them, as much as half a stone depending which foot I put down first, seconds after the previous weighing... Anyway, I needed to lose some timber and track any weight loss accurately. This brand had a commercial scales history, which sold it to me, that and the bargain price and additional money off coupon.It is so accurate, self calibrating and consistent - which is exactly what I wanted. OK, the app is a bit rubbish but it monitors essential body composition correctly with no fluctuating. The batteries it comes with are a bit bobbins, so you'll have to change them in a couple of weeks - but decent new ones last months so far.Sits against the bathroom wall, quite compact in a moody black glass, waiting for its daily squash.Highly recommended.

Top Waage für den Preis, mit kleinen Abzügen bei der App
Optisch und technisch gefällt mir die Vitafit-Waage sehr gut. Sie wirkt modern und hochwertig verarbeitet. Besonders positiv finde ich, dass sie in feinen 50g-Schritten misst und somit sogar zwei Nachkommastellen anzeigt.Die Vielzahl an Messwerten (Körperfett, Muskelmasse, Wasseranteil etc.) sind eine nette Spielerei. Natürlich sollte jedem klar sein, dass diese Werte nur grobe Richtwerte sind und keine medizinisch exakte Analyse ersetzen. Aber als Orientierung sind sie durchaus brauchbar. Die Parameter werden gespeichert, so lässt sich Fort- oder Rückschritt super überwachen.Einen halben Stern ziehe ich ab, weil die App bei Nutzung durch zwei Personen etwas durcheinanderkommt. Da zwei Handys mit der Waage verbunden sind, muss man jedes Mal neu koppeln, damit die Daten korrekt übertragen werden, das ist etwas umständlich und könnte besser gelöst sein.Ansonsten: Für den Preis (bei mir 16,99 €) ist die Waage wirklich unschlagbar. Sie tut, was sie soll, präzise wiegen und das sehr zuverlässig. Alles andere ist Bonus. Ich habe die Waage bereits weiterempfohlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder kaufen.
