This item is likely ideal for someone looking to do some light exercise at home without spending a whole lot of money. No set-up required and incredibly easy to use, you can do multiple exercises with this item, though it is most certainly targetted towards beginners. The pedals are nice and thick, giving it a solid grounding when you place your feet on it, and the handle is well-sized & comfortable.My only concern is possible durability. The rubber tubes stretch well, though seem like they may not last for long, especially if you use this item regularly. Nevertheless, for the price, this is a decent low-impact exercise tool that would be great for beginners looking to add some easy exercise into their daily routine.

I’m very pleased with Owyee resistance band. I’m not one to exercise much but since I bought it I have been using it every day. Quality is very good and it stretches really well helping the muscles in your arms. Easy to use , very light weight and good value for money, definitely recommend it if you cannot lift your legs up easily this item definitely helps.

Cheap, Chinese quality reflected in the price. Mine broke after 10 seconds use. Could be dangerous due to its weakness in the handles. For the price I didn't expect much. Straight in the bin.

60 years old and never been able to do a sit up. Blown away today when I used this exercise tool for the first time. This gave me just enough help to be able to do sit ups and leg stretches relatively easily. Still feel the muscles working but in a gentle way.

Aiming to get healthy and loose some weight I bought this as the cheaper space saving alternative to getting a rowing machine.I've had one of these before, but no idea where it's gone, would have been old anyway.This is a great piece of equipment for waste trimming excercise
