As per the advert on Bolo I bought these to hang a hammock chair from, right after I installed it my 13 year old son (55 kgs), was sat in it and within minutes the loop part of the bracket came off and the loop of it hit him on the head causing a painful lump, if it had of been the rough metal edge this could have been much worse! He also hurt his back when hitting the floor; luckily it was only from about a metre high and onto artificial grass.I can't contact the seller via Bolo,can I request that they contact me via Bolo account?

Easy to fit. The original screws aren't self tapping so I used others but for the price good. They hold well and take a decent load.

These worked fine and were the right size. Only complaint is the screws were very soft and heads stripped easily. I eventually used my own so it wasn’t a problem.

Avoid! Seemed fine at first. Badly rusted after less than a year outside securing some furniture to a wall. Poor quality. Not fit for purpose.

Great eyelet, robust, cheap, free clip etc but awful screws , every one of them thredded easily!Do yourselves a favor and buy better screws as I'm now having hell extracting half thredded Phillips headed screws costing me time and money
