Bought as an Xmas present. Upon opening on Xmas Day we found the top splash plate to be cracked in 3 places. Still usable but we have to careful not to crack it more. Tried to contact seller and Bolo to see about a replacement splash plate but no luck getting anywhere with either. Other than that it's a great little machine and my daughter loves it

We bought this as part of my sons birthday present- he is a big candy floss fan. It’s really easy to use for my 10 year old (with supervision) and he has made lots of candy floss with it. A brilliant buy!Only downside is, I wish there was more removable parts for easier washing but it isn’t too bad to clean.

Got it for a Christmas present and used it for the 1st time in Feb. Followed the instructions step by step but as soon as I got to the part of adding sugar and then switching it back on it blew the breaker!!! Tried again and same thing! Don't think I will be getting any cotton candy anytime soon. Second attempt a couple of weeks later, sparked and tripped the switches again!

This was a present for my son's 7th birthday. He loves it!! It takes a bit of practice to get a good amount of candy floss but once you get the hang of it it's great. It does make a bit of a mess when the sugar spins, it finds its way onto the work top and surrounding things but is relatively easy to clean.Would recommend.

I got this for my mom for her birthday! It is amazing how easy clean up is and how little sugar you need! It’s very easy to work. It’s pretty quick also. It was a good price and it gives you a good amount of cotton candy also! I recommend this!
