It definitely helps me to drift off and feels strange initially but nice and I love the heat and relaxing sounds. It is also very easy to use and I like the range of settings options and also that it tells you when it comes on or switches off if the volume is on. The massage also helps with my dry eyes. The negatives are that it is too noisy with the massage function on to use in bed when my partner is trying to sleep. Instead I wear it just before bed with the eye massage + heat + music function then wear it in bed with just the heat. It switches itself after 15 minutes at which point I take it off and can sleep. I have also had to cover the blue 'on' light with electrical tape as it is quite bright. The pressure feels strange initially but I like it now that I have become accustomed to the sensation and it feels pretty comfortable to wear. I wasn't aware how it worked when I bought it but it uses moving air pressure rather than massage 'prongs' so is safe on the eye sockets. It is very easy to use and even tells me when the battery is low. I am glad I got the version with the remote as I can peek at it when wearing the mask to change settings. It is otherwise the same as the basic model, which would have been absolutely fine too, as there are buttons on the mask with very slightly raised symbols denoting the function of each button. I purchased the mask on a whim as it was on offer but I am very glad that I did as it is one of the many things that help me with my disordered sleep.

I suffer from really bad dry eyes (medicated) and the optician recommended getting some sort of heat mask, but when I seen this also had a massage function I decided to go for it. I always turn the music off as it’s that kind of annoying spa music. My 1st use I decided to go all in, with intense pressure and high heat, it felt great but I did give myself two slight black eyes, lesson learnt, I now make sure it’s sitting right. I use it at least 3 times a week, and have occasionally fell asleep wearing it (not recommended). My dry eyes I think are a little better but it turns out it is fantastic for dealing with the daily tension headache. You can use it as heat alone, massage alone or both together and you can vary the intensity of the massage feature. It holds a good charge but does take a wee while to charge. It’s not too heavy but it’s a sturdy item and fits well. The noise isn’t too bad and is silent when using only the heat function. Really happy with this product and would recommend

Pros:Beautifully made and packaged. It could have come from the Apple factory... very well presented.Buttons are easy to use while wearing the product with audible feedback every time yo press.Bluetooth option means you can listen to your own music or other content, but it is very quiet despite turning volume up on phone and eye massager.Built-in sounds / music is pretty relaxing and pleasant, so I used that rather than bluetooth.Easy to adjust the pressure, heat and sound to suit individual needs.Very relaxing to use.Cons:Bought specifically to help with dry eyes (MGD). Having used it for two weeks, every night, I truly cannot feel a difference.Music or sound streamed via Bluetooth is very quiet despite adjusting volume on both devices.It massages around the eyes, which may be relaxing but does not help the meibomian glands.The heat is very pleasant but the device does not quite make sufficient contact across the eye lids to help with MGD / dry eye.Battery life is pretty short, so expect to recharge after every two uses if using heat, massage and sound.Summary:Overall the device is really beautifully made and very relaxing to use, but sadly I bought it to help with a specific problem, which is dry eyes... and it really doesn't do much to assist with that.

I love this and used it as soon as I charged it. It applies firm but not painful pressure and heat to your eyes. Super relaxing and comfortable. Very high quality item, yes it is a bit noisy but given what it is doing it is to be expected and isn’t intrusive. Music is repetitive but relaxing. How did I live without it before??

Pros: Design is good, foldable and easy to pack and carry, good use time on single charge, overa comfortable to wear, adjustable band for comfortable fit, charging speed is good, connect to phone via bluetooth and you can enjoy the music you like while massage!different modes of heat, volume and compressionCons: Slightly costly I think, The pressure and massage rotates between different patterns of compressions around temple and eyes for 15 min! I liked a specific pattern of compressions more than others! so during the massage when that pattern comes I feel relaxed and some other patterns make me uncomfortable! I wish there should be an option to set the pattern of compressions you like!Music is heard by anyone sitting close to you!vibration and sound of pump is a bit loud!overall: works okay! sometimes when I was tired it helped me sleep! I have dried eyes so for some reason heat and massage seems to help a little with that! Don't know why

But I have been so impressed with this eye massager that I have to share my story here. While I was in Texas helping my families, my right eye strangely swelled up with a thick bump on the upper lip. My family doctor prescribed eye antibiotics ointment. Used for 2 weeks but no improvement at all. I then visited an eye doctor and he also prescribed me another kind of medication. He instructed me to use dry heat eye mask and massage my eye lid. He said it’s due to my eye oil gland blockage. So I decided to search an eye massager on Bolo. I bought and tried several brands. But I was not impressed at all. Until I found Bob and Brad eye massager and give it a try. Wow, it feels so different. The way it massages around the eye and side of temples feeling so good that I often fell asleep before the session ends. The 4 button functions for you to choose your desired pressure, heat, music etc are so convenient. After a month of consistent daily use of this device, my eye gradually back to normal. But I have made this my daily routine using it before bedtime and after wake up in the morning. My eye sight has improved and puffiness around my eyes are way much better like no longer there. My friends said I looks much younger, healthy and happier. Eyes don’t lie. Now my eyes are not as tired and watery as before. And more, it relieves my seasonal allergies symptoms of nose stuffiness, congestion and headaches. I now use way much less of allergy nasal spray and pills. Wow, never thought of these benefits comes from an eye massager. My sister also bought one after she saw the difference after I use it. She totally fell in love with it. I often found her fell asleep on the couch with “Bob and Brad” on her face. Funny. We bought many products on Bolo but very rare to feel strong impression and love of a product. This one is definitely exceptional. I will definitely recommend to friends and relatives.The customer service of this company is also extremely good. They respond to customer’s questions and needs very promptly. This is kind of company will be successful by making great products and good customer support.

Ich hatte Qualität gewollt, welche auch etwas mehr kosten darf. Daher hatte ich die Aspira Augenmaske. Sie hat in allen Positionen fürchterlich gedrückt und Bluetooth streikte. Heute ist diese Augenmaske angekommen und ich bin beseelt! Traumweiche Augenauflage, ordentliche Wärmeleistung, schön fester Druck und mühelos zuschaltbares Bluetooth, zufriedendtellender Sound(scheppert leicht),Empfehlung für die Spotifyer: "Yoga Meditation Japanese". Du bist quasi auf direktem Wege unterwegs in die Nixbox. Großes Kompliment an Bob und aber auch an Brad. 😆

Good help for Blepharitis sufferers.

DISCLAIMER: I did NOT receive this as part of any promotion whatsoever (unless you count the fact that it was on sale) 😁.I will have to admit I had no idea who Bob and Brad were when I ordered this (I definitely do now). I simply searched with the "FSA" filter and this popped up. when it arrived I wasn't sure what to expect because it looks like a VR headset lol, which is probably what other people are going to think I'm using except for the noise. having suffered for years from blepharitis I thought it would be something good to help with a number of treatments all at once: heat and pressure. I was not disappointed.It did come with a minimal charge so I was able to test it before using. it takes a little while to get used to the controls on the remote and you cannot use the remote to turn it on. This is not a big deal because the buttons on the front are rather easy, and have tactile symbols on them. Long press for one setting and short press for another. Sessions are 15 minutes which is just about right :-). I like that it uses air pressure for massage instead of motors, close to my eyes that would have worried me. it also comes with four sound settings, two with simple music playing on a loop, and one with an ocean and wind and another with a stream.Pads are cleanable as they are thin vinyl. a full charge will give you about five sessions.I originally thought the charging port location was odd. but it does allow you to charge the device with the carry bag mostly closed.I have a few wish list items: I wish there was a way to get ½ volume, as the very lowest setting is still too loud for me (You can turn the audio completely off). With blepharitis, heat treatment is one of the ways to keep it at bay. My doctor basically said "as hot as you can comfortably handle" but this device sadly is nowhere close. I can feel the heat but I don't know if it's enough. This may be a design / battery or a safety concern for the company. but I do wish it could be a warmer. I do like the random pressure patterns but I wish there was a way with the remote to select one and have it continually do the same one over and over. I'm not sure if it's a big deal with this. Lastly, I would love to see the addition of a deep brown noise in the audio options.Either way, this is definitely a keeper and I am already noticing results. We shall see how long this device lasts.

Franchement je l ai pris sans trop y croire et c est un moment de relaxation incroyable...je ne l utilise que depuis peu donc je ne sais pas encore pour les cernes mais indépendamment de ca c est extrêmement relaxant, la musique est douce les pressions juste ce qu il faut, bref j ai adoré ce sentiment de détente profond
