Add 300 ml water and 1 sachet of Nupo in a shaker. Shake thoroughly and pour into a bowl. Heat for approx. 2 minutes in a microwave. Can also be heated in a pot. Stir and enjoy. Replace all your meals with 6 servings of Nupo for a very low-calorie daily diet or 7 servings for a low-calorie daily diet. It is important to consume all servings every day and follow the instructions. When used in accordance with the instructions, the product covers the entire daily nutritional requirement.
