Highlighter missing tip/unusable

Overall good however the S-Note highlighters were missing the tips making them unusable. I tried to contact papermate per Bolo instruction however, the page kept erroring requiring a US state (even though country selected was Sweden).

Le penne a sfera Paper Mate 045 offrono una scrittura incredibilmente fluida, mentre le InkJoy 100ST, disponibili in diversi colori, rendono ogni annotazione un piacere.La penna retrattile InkJoy Quatro è una delle mie preferite: avere quattro colori in un solo strumento è estremamente pratico e l’impugnatura gommata la rende comoda anche durante le lunghe sessioni di scrittura. Inoltre, i pennarelli Sharpie S-Note sono fantastici per dare un tocco di colore ai miei appunti, con una versatilità che permette di passare facilmente da linee sottili a tratti più spessi.Le matite meccaniche Paper Mate Artio sono leggere e ben progettate, il che le rende molto piacevoli da usare, e il nastro di correzione è essenziale per rimediare rapidamente agli errori.
