My walker arrived a day early, which is excellent as I can use it for the long walk to my GP surgery tomorrow. It was really easy to put together, but I had 2 long black bolts left over. After looking at the frame I realised they were another ‘lock’ for the back wheels. Once I’d locked the rear wheels into position I inserted the bolts into the small hole, in the rear leg frame. There is a small black piece that sticks out, on both sides, and that’s where the 2 bolts go. I’m really pleased with the look of this stroller, the price was really good and it is very sturdy. The photo shows where the remaining black bolts go, on both sides.

The roller is well made, its very lightweight but sturdy, the seat is very comfortable, as is the back rest. The bag on the front fits perfectly, and holds quite a bit when things have been placed in it, the zip is double sided for ease of use and has one pull for both sides to work. I would happily recommend this item for anyone considering buying. It was delivered by DPD and arrived promptly. My only negative comment would be that the instructions are poor in the book regarding raising the handle bars, there are no instructions at all!!! Just give the bars a good pull and they click into place and can then be adjusted and the brakes work by pushing down both handles firmly.

This walker is really easy to use it’s very lightweight quite a big bag attached the seat is comfy and it fold by pulling the seat and the walker closes together sideways so doesn’t take up much room.I would definitely recommend this walker

Very sturdy, good design, easy to put together, easy to fold up. Bought this for my 96yr old grandmother to assist her with cruising the high street again, after losing some confidence walking.

It is sturdy but the instructions are poor and I have 3 bits left over plus no explanation as to how to attach the bag. After using it about 5 times the front, right wheel fell off. The screw that fell off was massive but I couldn't see it anywhere and it was lucky that I was almost home. I have messaged the suppliers with no response

Ordered this amazing rollator walker, absolutely the best thing I have ever bought, worth every penny of it, had a few issues regarding setting it up, but this company made contact with me so quickly to help me with some issues putting items to my walker, which is absolutely amazing , customer service customer care is amazing, thank you for your help etc, an i fully recommend this item
