I bought this for my partner soon after we discovered that she was pregnant. Unfortunately, it lacks Omega 3 (which is vital in the early stages of pregnancy). This seems to be quite a glaring omission for an otherwise comprehensive product. It also contains a negligible amount of Choline.They also have a rather pungent smell and, I'm informed, taste.

Great value for money. There is almost no powdery residue inside the sachet, so its contents are well protected. There are no nasty smells or tastes and the tablets are easy to swallow. I trust that they contain what they claim to, and as such I am very pleased.

You get just a month's supply.They come in a resealable biodegradable pack.They are designed to be taken before and during pregnancy as they have all the nutrients needed to keep mum and baby healthy while growing.They are made in the Uk and are ethically made.If you struggle to swallow capsules then you can split them and empty the contents onto food or into a drink.They seem expensive but they are naturally sourced and ethically made.

I really appreciate the fact that this is a clearly marked vegan supplement with a vegetarian capsule shell. That's one of the reasons I always try to use this brand.The capsules are typical size and easy enough to swallow.You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of 2 then they will last you around a month. Perhaps not the cheapest at over £20 but I feel it a price worth paying.You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up.I like the fact they have used a resealable pouch which presumably uses less plastic than a container and is biodegradable - fantastic!Certainly one to consider for your pregnancy health.
