Very good quality cleanser which is mild and gentle but still removes traces of make up. Extremely effective face wash that does not cause any skin irritation or dry the skin like some more astringent cleansers. There is no overpowering chemical scent which is a bonus. The texture is lightweight and smooth. I have certainly seen an improvement in the moisture level of my skin. Highly recommend this product and will keep buying in the future.

Like finding a hidden gem amidst my morning routine, this product has quickly become an essential part of my day. It's a refreshing delight to use as it gently melts away the daily grime without leaving my skin feeling dry. Now, I've tried it both at home and during my travels—thanks to its nifty travel-sized bottle that I can refill easily from the larger one in my bathroom. Though it doesn’t foam up much, the lack of lather doesn’t bother me; the end result is what truly counts. After a long day of work and chasing my little one around the house, I look forward to using it to remove makeup or just give my skin a quick cleanse. My skin feels soft, clean, and noticeably more hydrated. Plus, with its inclusion of Niacinamide, it’s not just a quick fix but part of a sustainable skincare routine. It may not be perfect, but it’s pretty darn close for this busy dad.

Certainly didn't remove makeup and I don't wear much! But good after I've cleansed with another product. Leaves skin soft and hydrated. If you want to double cleanse this is perfect.

I use many products in the Cetaphil range and they are excellent for use on sensitive skin. The cleanser is of a good thickness and can be used all over the body. However, the product is expensive and I am not sure if the cleanser is better than the much cheaper Sanex. If you go to the USA fill your suitcase with Cetaphil products as they are much cheaper over there.

I have this face wash in a large pump bottle in my bathroom for everyday use and love it. It gives a really nice wash, and skin feels lovely, nice simple routine.I wanted to be able to use it when away from home travelling. Of course I could decant some into a travel bottle but when I saw this little bottle at a good price I decided there was no need.This will do the job perfectly, no trying to work out what has been decanted into what bottles, quite clear what it is and refillable from my large bathroom pump bottle when I need to - very happy
