As I can't eat dairy I was suffering the consequences of lack of vitamin A. But I didn't want tablets or capsules, or to be forced to take all sorts of additional synthetic ingredients. This is perfect. It's easy to take, has a pleasant flavour and will last for ages. I am already seeing the benefits of taking it (literally!). Would definitely recommend.

I've no idea if the vitamin actually works, but I hope it's helping me survive getting older. After using it for a year the amount in the bottle looks like it's about 3 years supply which is good value. But I'm going to try tablets as this stuff is messy. However careful I am using the dropper this liquid manages to escape and get all over the outside of the bottle, cap, squeezy bit and the surface I store it on. And it is sticky. And it doesn't wipe off easily with water. Every couple of months I attack it with warm soapy water but it still doesn't leave it or the surface properly clean. Annoying.
