Definitely does have some health benefits and we use this regularly. It honey has medicinal-grade benefits — especially helpful for gut issues, wound healing, and chronic inflammation at it says.

Delicious honey which also seems to soothe a sore throat. I also use it on cuts, grazes, ulcers, and on my hands at night, with cotton gloves on.

I buy this when get itch throat because of cool days and in summer if scratchy throat Hayfever always works. Medical grade is 15+ Bough this as was bigger but did job. Singers use this Manuka Honey inbetween performances STEENS in my opinion is best one to help your throat, a spoonful so nice. Also lovely on toast. Beautiful Texture. When you get it delivered you will forget about the cost

I have tried many manuka honeys but find this one to be the best taste and texture. It is difficult to measure the health benefits of manuka but I dont get colds - maybe one every 2-3 years. Never had covid. Perhaps this is all due to regular intake of manuka. Steens has a slight gritty texture due to the raw nature of it. I prefer this texture to the smoother and more runny honeys. It seems to be competitively priced also

The best manuka honey I’ve had. I mostly use it when my kids are poorly, especially in cold seasons and they seem to feel better very fast. Good antibacterial properties.

Ich bin seit Jahren sehr zufrieden mit dem Honig. MGO Gehalte unter 100 haben bei mir zumindest nicht die positive Wirkung, ein MGO Gehalt von über 200 jedoch ist ausreichend. Den Effekt kann ich direkt bei den Nasennebenhöhlen nachvollziehen. Das muss wohl jeder auf sich bezogen selbst heraus finden. Das Wohlbefinden ist mit Manuka Honig besser, ich verwende ihn daher täglich.
